Großes Zimmer, sehr schön eingerichtet, großes modernes Badezimmer; WLAN leider sehr langsam.
Essen gehobenes Niveau; Frühstück sehr fein mit frischem, warmen Gebäck, Eier, Wurst, Speck & Zucchini; etc....

I was generously upgraded to a junior suite with a relaxing outdoor space overlooking the village's church. The room was perfectly clean, with top-notch bedding and shower, as well as superior soundproofing, allowing for a most restful night. The dinner at their fine-ding "L'Intimiste" was a memorable experience with their Lobster Menu - service was impeccable and cooking was masterful, demonstrating the Chef's remarkable technique. This is a genuine Auberge, with updated traditions and proper (and unfortunately rarer) hospitality thanks to the passion and professionalism of the owning couple. Kudos to the whole Team and their work.

Excellent, clean and comfortable stay.
A lovely 3* hotel. Immaculately clean, well presented and with excellent service.
The fit out of the rooms is new and well maintained; it is a little functional (rather than boutique), in keeping with many modern hotels, but is enhanced by lots of little touches of colour and style (paintings, bed runners, etc).
The beds were very comfortable.
Food and service in the restaurant was excellent (but if you want frog legs, you'll need to order those in advance!)

The hotel is taking care of, clean and crispy, staff is superefficient, all the little technical niceties are there (oops, even the internet is working perfectly). Basically it's a family thing with very high standards. The place is about 20klm off the highway, but really you are in the middle of nowhere. With quite a few places with regional or farm stuff around. Good alternative if on the way from the nord to the south and you can't decide between staying in Lyon or Dijon, because of bad experiences in both of those. Biggest catch: the restaurant is fantastic. And all is cheap. PS: try to get room 24. it has a small terrace, but it is really a cute room. I had worse Junior suits in Paris! It will cost you some more. It's worth it. I gave my best smile to the lady at the reception to get it for free. I wish all of you better luck! :)

Magnifique étape à l’Auberge Bressane de Buellas. Un sans-faute du début à la fin. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel, chambre très confortable — mention spéciale pour les oreillers, que nous avons tellement appréciés que nous les avons achetés chez un commerçant local conseillé par l’équipe. Côté table, même niveau d’exigence : service attentionné, cuisine généreuse et maîtrisée, mettant superbement en valeur les produits du terroir, aussi bien dans l’assiette que dans les verres. Cuissons impeccables, saveurs franches, produits de très belle qualité. Difficile de ne pas se laisser tenter… Le petit déjeuner prolonge cette expérience avec la même rigueur et le même savoir-faire. Ce n'était qu'une étape, mais nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
