Superb hotel and excellent value for money. The hotel is certainly one of the most charming 5-star hotels in Buenos Aires, ideally located in a very pleasant neighborhood. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, who were efficient and very attentive. The services are up to standard for this type of establishment. However, the hotel could still improve the bathroom amenities (shower soap was difficult to use, but this was probably a temporary malfunction; bathrobes and toiletries/bath kits, etc.), which are fine but not up to what one would expect for a suite in such a hotel.

The location is excellent, and the rooms offer great value for money.

整體非常不錯，衞生服務都很好。位置也在很安全的市中心地帶。這個房間的面積基本也能滿足需要。提供不同類型的枕頭，淋浴水壓很大。我們還延遲退房了。缺點：不要太期待城景（沒啥），部分設施略老舊（如空調面板、櫃子門等），早餐種類較少（不過水果很好吃）。

去南極中途中轉停留。 環境：位於高檔社區，類似紐約上東區。所以街道和治安都很好。 服務：專業q且細緻，挑不出什麼毛病。早餐種類也還算豐富，部分單點部分自助。都是免費的。 性價比：這個價格比洲際萬豪都高一些。但是真的就是一分錢一分貨。整個酒店老錢風，服務和硬件都是。
