Deluxe Apartments in Downtown by BueRentals

The room is spacious, with many well-known restaurants nearby and close to attractions. There is a washing machine on the top floor for guests to use, and a supermarket downstairs for convenience. The best part is that the price offers great value for money compared to other hotels.

Location: Deluxe Apartments in Downtown by BueRentals boasts a fantastic location right in the theater district with very convenient transportation. There is a bus stop just 50 meters away, and the Obelisk is about a dozen minutes' walk. The surrounding area is full of great restaurants and ice cream shops. Facilities: The building features a gym and a laundry room. Following the instructions makes washing and drying clothes super convenient. There are also security and cleaning staff on-site, keeping both the interior and exterior of the building clean and safe. Room: The room is fully equipped with amenities, including an electric kettle and a microwave, making it easy to boil water and heat up food. The water pressure in the bathroom is also excellent. Despite being located right in the city center, the room is very quiet—we had some of the best nights of sleep during our entire trip here. Service: We stayed at Deluxe Apartments in Downtown by BueRentals for four consecutive days, and a housekeeping service was arranged for one of the days. On our departure day, the host kindly stored our luggage for us. A wonderful apartment, highly recommended!

The room was very comfortable and offered great value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need. I don't recommend the Havana coffee; it tastes terrible, but there are plenty of pharmacies, laundromats, fruit shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Many attractions are within walking distance, and there are good Chinese restaurants in the vicinity too.

The location is close to the city center, about a 15-minute walk to the Obelisk. However, the bathroom is way too small. There was no housekeeping during our two-night stay; the hotel stated that room cleaning is only provided for stays of 4 nights or more. The room was very humid, and after taking a shower, the bathroom floor remained completely wet all through the night. The duvet didn't have a cover and was all pilling. Located inside a residential apartment building, the soundproofing is extremely poor—we could hear the neighbors' TV and a baby crying crystal clear. Breakfast isn't served in the building; you have to walk a block to a café. While it was delicious and the portions were huge, it wasn't very convenient.

The view from the balcony was average and didn't match the photos, which was a bit disappointing.

Very clean and very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. It feels very safe too.
