InterContinental Hotels BUENOS AIRES by IHG

I'm an IHG member and also a member of the SportsClub gym at the InterContinental Buenos Aires. I often go to the hotel since I live two blocks away, to workout at the gym and to meet with friends for dinner. I really enjoy the InterContinental Buenos Aires. Thank you, -Jeff

I was disappointed with the reception service. My advance room reservation could not be found, and the receptionist made a new booking instead. After I contacted Trip.com, the issue was resolved and she apologized for the mistake. However, the whole process caused unnecessary inconvenience and I lost about an hour.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at the InterContinental Buenos Aires. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better room experience. The room felt terribly outdated and in need of refurbishment. We had booked a King Classic Room, but the beds felt surprisingly small — smaller than what I would expect from a queen bed, let alone a king room. The room also had an unpleasant odour, which made it feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. On top of that, the lighting was very poor, making the room feel dark and uninviting. Overall, the room did not reflect the quality or comfort I would associate with the InterContinental brand. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below expectations.

Hotel was in a great location. Breakfast buffet was enough with attentive staff.
