Amérian Buenos Aires

The front desk staff were extremely rude. The hotel room wasn't even cleaned upon check-in; towels were left in the laundry tub. They gave us a room on a very low floor (2nd floor), even though we specifically requested a room without an elevator, and then they gave us a room opposite the elevator. We had to change rooms four times before finally being moved to the 11th floor, and there was no water. The chargeable items weren't priced; you couldn't tell which were free and which were not. A pillow was missing from our luggage storage, and we had to go back to look for it. We finally found it. At check-out, they overcharged us; we had to check it ourselves before they refunded us.

The location of the hotel is not bad, but it is not close to tourist spots such as Plaza de Mayo. But it is very old, the carpets, towels, etc. are very old. In the middle of the night, someone mistakenly opened the door to my room and woke me up. When checking in at the front desk, there was a man who had a facial injury and returned to the hotel with his head wrapped. He was saying something at the front desk in Spanish that I couldn't understand. His suit was also torn. I wonder if he was attacked halfway. I felt a bit unsafe.

Остановились на одну ночь, заезжали в 2 часа ночи, заселили без проблем. Номер хороший и чистый, завтрак хороший. Только положительные впечатления. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества.
