Up Viamonte Hotel

Wonderful hotel and staff! I travel a lot, but I've never experienced such friendly service before. Thanks to the receptionists! The hotel itself is excellent, exactly as in the photos. The window overlooks the street, but it's not noisy. We could even see the Colon Theatre in the distance. I definitely recommend it!

The room was very spacious, including a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses. A very good shower. Location near the Obelisco. Breakfast costs $12 and is quite simple (eggs, toast, sausage, cheese, and pastries). Wi-Fi is spotty, though.

Excellent location, very comfortable beds, spacious room, and most importantly, excellent service at all times. They helped us with everything they could and were always very accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again.

Most of the hotel staff are very friendly and happy to help you solve your problems, but the colleagues in the housekeeping department seemed to have not cleaned the floor, and the paper scraps on the floor were still in the room! Although the room is big, there is not enough space to hang things, so we had to hang them on the top of the TV. The hotel even sent us a warning letter, telling us not to hang things on the top of the TV! This is the first time we have received such a letter! The restaurant and breakfast buffet are both OK!

The hotel is very well located. The staff is very attentive. The room is large and very comfortable with a kitchenette. The breakfast is rich and complete. We have been there several times and our stay has been very pleasant. I recommend it.
