Pleno Palermo Soho

Clean and spacious room. Helpful front desk staff. Good and adequate buffet breakfast. About 15min walk to nearest subway station, but many eateries around though hotel has a good Italian restaurant.

Home away from home. Perfect place to relax, lovely room and wonderful staff . Nacho at front desk took care of every detail and made all efforts to make my stay special and perfect. The gym is wonderful , the best breakfast with fresh medialunas and all you can imagine! Amazing! Can’t wait to plan another stay !

The price of property differed to wotif as wotif advised price total usd. Then hotel had different local exchange rate to that of visa or Mastercard so ended up costing me 35usd more then advertised. Also the hotel was doing renovations directly above my room on public holiday from 8:30am all day with no notification from hotel to let me know in advance. Asked to be moved different floor could still hear throughout hotel on multiple days the noise. Breakfast was good and staff polite.

wonderful neighbor, clean rooms, nice air conditioning and kind employees. just a little issue, tv was not a smart tv. we couldn’t watch Netflix but the rest of the hotel was perfect. breakfasts is awesome and there are many choices to eat.

We had issues with the keys or and not abler get into the room for about 3 hours. Manager was not available until 2 hours into the incident. This happened at 10:30 pm and I was unable to get into the room until 2:00 am.

Breakfast is good. We had a problem with the key door . The door couldn’t open when we got back from dinner and instead of getting immediate attention , it took 3 hours to realized they needed it to break the lock. The manager never showed up and after insisting for hours he was on the phone. We got in the room at 2:30 in the morning . I never experienced something like this in any hotel stay. It was scarier as all my personal bro gongs were in that room including medications , money and passports.
