Hotel Facon Grande

Check-in at the hotel is strictly at 3:00 PM, but we arrived at 2:00 PM. We had to wait a little over an hour for our room to be ready. Our reservation said it should have a city view, but we were given a room with a window overlooking a narrow courtyard. After a long flight and a wait to check in, we had no energy or desire to negotiate for the room we wanted. The reception staff seemed more interested in exchanging currency than in handling new guests. The hotel's location is convenient for access to the city's main attractions and the port.

A hotel with excellent value for money. We loved the location, the service, the cleanliness, and the breakfast. The issue of isolation from other rooms and the hallway really leaves something to be desired. We went in November, and the air conditioning was working perfectly. Even the bathroom in the room had an outlet that was compatible with Brazilian outlets, which I thought was great.

The location is excellent, the room is clean. However, the bathroom is dirty, there's no soundproofing between the hallway and the rooms, and the soundproofing is very poor. The windows don't open, so there's no fresh air. The rooms have central air conditioning, which makes them very cold, requiring you to go to reception to ask them to turn it off. Breakfast isn't a buffet; you have to ask the staff for food, and the portion sizes are chosen by the staff, which is extremely inconvenient. Plus, the food selection is very limited. The price-quality ratio is poor.

Hotel średni ale na plus bliskość so centrum, lodówka i dobre śniadanie. Na minus brak światła z zewnątrz w pokoju. (zacienione okno)

Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã bom. Boa localização. Ótimo custo benefício

Bom atendimento, cordialidade, respeito,e dedicação.

位置還好，工作人員也很熱情。但是房間的Wi-Fi根本不能用，不停的掉線。和前台反應了多次仍舊沒有改變。很失望

距離坐船的碼頭很近，房間和早餐中規中矩
