NH Collection Buenos Aires Jousten

The hotel was beautiful, and the breakfast was clean and neat. The location was also great, just a short walk to Plaza de Mayo.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city's main attractions and is safe. We were on the 3rd floor. The rooms are a bit tired, but clean. There are three pillows with varying degrees of softness to choose from. I also noted that there was a shoehorn in the room (I was very glad about this, as I didn't find one anywhere during my entire Latin American trip). Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. and includes a sweet treat, an egg dish (omelet or scrambled eggs made to order), and fruit. The room's window faced the street, but it wasn't uncomfortable at night; it was quiet.

Most hotels in Buenos Aires are like this: old, extremely expensive, and the overall experience is just so-so. This hotel's facilities were clearly outdated; the elevator creaked and showed signs of age. And one day there wasn't even hot water for the shower. The location is very central, but you know how it is in Buenos Aires—the city center doesn't feel very safe, and there are many homeless people.

The room was a bit small and the soundproofing was a bit poor, but otherwise it was fine.

The location is good, but some of the facilities are a bit old.

It's relatively old, and the city is well-managed.

The hotel is on the street, and the sound insulation is very poor. The sound of cars on the road and the subway below is continuous all day long. The hotel does not provide water, you have to buy it yourself, and the price is 5 times more expensive than the supermarket outside

The hotel is well located, breakfasts are excellent as always in this chain
