NH Buenos Aires City

I was in Buenos Aires for an event, but I didn't expect the hotel to be so old. It's next to Plaza de Mayo, so the location is okay, and the croissants for breakfast were pretty good—a typical Argentine specialty. The complimentary bottled water in the rooms was unreliable; sometimes there was none, sometimes not. I went to the front desk to ask for some for a colleague in the evening, but the young man there was incredibly rude and ignored me, telling me to go to the bar. The bar said they didn't have any complimentary water, so I just took two bottles and left them in the room—too lazy to argue. As for breakfast, I asked for fried eggs twice, and both times they took over half an hour to arrive. This happened two days in a row. I had work in the mornings and didn't have time to wait. I don't know if they were just not friendly to Chinese people. Anyway, I won't stay here again. I wouldn't recommend it.

The only satisfactory aspect was the good location. I stayed for eight days, and the breakfast remained unchanged, exactly the same, with only slight variations in the desserts. They wouldn't proactively provide water in the room unless you pointed it out. The most unsatisfactory thing was that they secretly deducted money from my credit card after check-out without any notification! I've been trying to get a bill for several days now, and still haven't received it! This is the most unsatisfactory hotel I've ever stayed in!

I didn't intend to bring any breakfast when I left in the morning, and although the receptionist agreed, the restaurant didn't receive any instructions, indicating a problem with internal communication.
