This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The problems started the moment I entered the room. There was an incredibly strong chemical smell that made it difficult to breathe. The room felt stuffy, but opening the window wasn’t really an option either. To make things worse, the Wi-Fi in my room didn’t work. I wanted to go downstairs and ask the reception for help, but when I got there, there was nobody at the desk. I ended up sitting in the hallway for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to appear. Since I had no internet connection, I couldn’t even contact Trip.com support during that time. The room itself was also in terrible condition. One example: the room description mentioned a hair dryer, but instead of a hair dryer there was literally just a hole in the wall where one had apparently been installed at some point. After only about 40 minutes, I had seen enough. I requested a refund and decided to leave. Thankfully, Trip.com refunded me, for which I am very grateful. As far as I know, the hotel never even responded regarding the situation. The final impression was just as bad as the first. When I returned the key, there were staff members sitting at the front desk talking to each other. I placed the key on the counter and left. Not one of them looked at me, spoke to me, or acknowledged me in any way. Please don’t stay there! They don’t deserve a single dollar from you! And I feel really sorry because I got a refund directly from the app, but the hotel got their full payment even tho I didn’t even stay there for an hour!

A good hotel, a large, spacious room with a large, comfortable double bed and a mini kitchen, a microwave, cutlery, plates, cups, wine glasses, a saucepan, a frying pan, a refrigerator in the room, also a round table with chairs and an armchair, the Wi-Fi does not work at all.

I have never stayed in such a rubbish hotel. It has no advantages and a lot of disadvantages. It is definitely a lie to cheat, and here are a few more charges. The facilities are old, the sofa is peeling, and the carpet is dirty Can't close the curtains On the side of the road, all the windows are old and have no sound insulation. The sauna and swimming pools part of the hotel are deactivated, they need to be removed from the advertisement. There is no cleaning included. There are no drinks for sale and no restocking of materials in the rooms. The apartment is spacious and has everything described, but the hotel facilities leave something to be desired. Very old elevators and reception unprepared to receive guests, I asked about the SPA options but nothing was explained.
