Best Business Hotels in Buffalo

The highlight of this hotel is the incredible staff including the front desk, valets, restaurant staff, and room attendants. Exceptional customer service on all fronts and very welcoming. Love the new decor and the historical pictures of Buffalo throughout the hotel. The lobby decor is beautiful and provides a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. My only complaint is that I thought breakfast was pricy at $25. The dinner menu at the restaurant is reasonably priced and totally enjoyed dinner and dessert. I also loved the warm decor of the room.

Rich breakfast, American simple meal, suitable for sleeping in from 7 to 10 o'clock Great location, five minutes' taxi ride to anywhere Walk to Baffulo Convention Center for 15-20 minutes and buy a cup of coffee on the way back to calm your stomach. The front desk is very welcoming. Thank you very much for their kindness and help. Just walk to the center. No need to waste time by taking a subway. Take a taxi and arrive 5 minutes in advance. You may need to find a parking space when driving. Few people drive🚗 Many people go to see the Great Falls, which is really close to Canada.

Breakfast is too simple. Just some cakes, milk and biscuits and such. Can't expect breakfast here at all. The room rate is pretty good inside. Clean and upscale, the bathroom has flush faucets in different directions, the toilet seat is insulated, and there is a flushing function. There is also a hot spring on the first floor, which is very comfortable and highly recommended.

We've never stayed at an Aloft hotel before. After this stay it certainly won't be our last!! Our corner room had floor to ceiling windows giving us spectacular panoramic views of the city and lake Erie. We also had a balcony with 2 chairs and weather cooperated so we were able sit out and enjoy. The Grab n Go breakfast options were the best. The breakfast sandwich was excellent and Big. The breakfast burrito was huge and the best I've tasted. The XYZ bar was cool. Good drinks and food were really good, especially the chicken BLT wrap. The neighboring place. V/Ice had exceptional salads. The staff was great and facilitie clean and modern

I can not say enough about the staff at this hotel. We had to be in Buffalo for tests and meetings at Roswell Cancer Center. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. A five star rating really isn't enough to say how grateful and pleased we were with the way they took care of us. From check in, to the shuttle service, recommendations on dining... etc. The staff made this trip (which was already very stressful) much easier to handle. The shuttle service was such a great help! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The coffee was available at all times. Even though the restaurant in the hotel was closed, they had a nice selection of food available for breakfast that was complementary. I really felt like they truly cared about me and my family , and assisted us with all of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area for any reason!!!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of Buffalo, there is a Chinese fast food restaurant nearby, the hotel's breakfast is very rich, the attitude of the staff is also very good, the only flaw is that the hotel parking lot cannot be parked overnight, paying No, you must park outside the public parking lot, but fortunately it is not far away.

Exceptional! Wow! The Westin Buffalo is the nicest hotel we ever stayed at. We originally went to Niagara Falls but it was a horrible experience. I called the Westin Buffalo and from the minute Nadine took the phone call until check out we were treated like kings. This hotel is immaculate! The decor is gorgeous. Very clean. Great food and coffee. We plan to continue our stays with Westin for future trips. Thank you Nadine and all of the exceptional staff.
