Best Western Premier Malta Reviews

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western during my visit to Malta, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located in [location], which makes it convenient for exploring the island. It's within walking distance of beaches, The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a minibar with free drinks! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The hotel offers a pool, spa, gym, restaurant, etc. Food and Dining: We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and the food was of a high standard. English breakfast was especially tasty, and the staff ensured we had a great dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant also added to the overall I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. Whether you're in town for sightseeing or just looking to relax, this hotel provides a great base with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, big rooms! Soundproofing was good, having a nice sized terrace was a bonus, even though it faced a courtyard and I wasn’t high enough to have any view. Breakfast was nice, even had vegan cheese available (!) and they provided plant-based milk upon request. Hotel felt quite new and staff were helpful. Only con was no water provided in the room and nowhere to fill up reusable bottles 😒

Breakfast really good and a lot of choice. Fresh Orange juice was amazing. Rooms are clean. View outside window, looking at the street. Light of balcony discturbs me. You can not shut it of. Parking is also very weird, not enough spaces for everyone. You need to look in the street which are also very crowded. Only bad experience was blonde receptioniste who was looking weird at me as I was wearing a tobe coming from friday prayers. She even followed me in the hallway to check if I was really guest, really disrespectful but okay She is probably not used to people with other cultures and different clothing styles.

Cleanliness in the hotel, very tasty breakfasts, rooms large and spacious. The only minus is the indoor pool which is the size of a children's paddling pool.

Beautiful new hotel, 170 rooms (fairly large structure), rooftop swimming pool with beautiful view (music all day), bar and restaurant, spa (swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and treatments), very spacious suite, underground parking, very friendly staff.

Oh my god, this is my favorite hotel... I won't doubt it if you say it is a five-star hotel. The front desk is very nice, the staff will smile at you, the swimming pool is clean and large, and the facilities are great. My biggest feeling is that I hope I can stay in such a good and value-for-money hotel every time I travel!

This is a very good hotel with the potential to be excellent but quite a few things need to be improved. Reception is super friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very spacious and are set back from the corridors so are quiet at all times. Beds are welcoming and comfortable whilst the shower brings your day alive and washes away any idea of sleepiness. Breakfast choices are excellent but there are some teething problems that need to be ironed out to get the service right. There's a main ground floor bar with a pool table and fussball, the rooftop bar was rarely open during my stay. In the bars there's a desperate need for a decent wine and beer selection and prices are crazy high. Lots of small improvements are needed to make this the advertised four star hotel, here are a few examples; ...food is inconsistent, I often didn't receive what I ordered or it was served cold. ...the lifts at the opposite end to reception are smelly and never look clean. ...the showers leak a lot and I needed two towels each day to mop the bathroom floor. ...the hot breakfast is not hot, not even warm, it is tepid and unappetising. Finally, a special thanks to Deepak and Brendan for giving this hotel the human touch, other bar staff seemed a vague and inattentive.

The pillows and bed are the fluffiest I ever felt, receptionist was a great gentleman. Bar equipped with all you can imagine and bar attendants were very sweet and prepared very good cocktails. All good, I will rate Best Western Premier Malta a good 10+, and surely will visit this hotel

Fantastic hotel , staff were really attent. Anything you required they would fulfil Room was great , large with everything you would need . And cleaning every day, fresh clean sheets . . Swimming pool was great , although would have been better if it was heated. Breakfast was fantastic! Everything you wanted, you found it here ! . Would definitely recommend. And would definitely return when next visiting malta .

The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable and large. Everything is new and hygiene is at a high level. The selection of dishes for breakfast is excellent...all in all we are very satisfied. The spa center is beautiful, as is the pool with a fantastic view of the sea. The staff is very friendly, especially Dario and Nebojsa dutis manager,and Angelo from reception, who answered all our questions. We will surely come again

Great bed (king size), large bathroom, lovely balcony, great pool outdoor rooftop area and all of that with a fantastic staff!! Vivi the manager was SUPER friendly, as well as Marine and Angelo. This hotel beats them all in price/quality label! We will certainly be back whenever in Malta. Thank you guys for an amazing stay ;-)

I highly recommend to everyone! Hotel is brand new, clean and very friendly staff! I liked thw hotel in November! Tempwratire was high, ae even swimmed! Swimming pool at the top is really cold, no heating but the views are really stunning! Thanks
