Het hotel heeft erg vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn goed. De badkamer is wel wat aan de kleine kant. In de kamer hoor je het geluid vanuit het restaurant maar is niet heel storend. Het ontbijt is geweldig. Dat wordt geserveerd in de ruimte van het restaurant El Zorro. Dat heeft een aparte beoordeling gekregen.
