Hunguest Bük - ex Répce és Répce Gold ★★★★
"We booked a deluxe room with a balcony for 2 adults and 1 child in the west wing. Today we were given a room WITHOUT a balcony, without even being informed of this at check-in. When we asked, we received neither a plausible explanation nor an apology. The hotel employee also refused to put us in the room category we had booked and paid for. In the room we were given, it is over 30 degrees, the air conditioning does not work, and there is no mosquito net. The employee at reception initially said that someone would come to fix the air conditioning. After no one came, the same employee informed us that hotels do not have air conditioning in the spring. Again, no apology. According to the booking confirmation, we were of course given an air-conditioned room."
Park Hotel ★★★★
"For the fifth year was again guest , huge enjoyment, modern rooms, airco, quiet environment, good breakfast, delicious familiar restaurant, extended terrace, very good parking,"
Danubius Hotel Bük ★★★★
"Nice hotel, something old-fashioned! Dark wood, dark soa! Eating first-class! Long ways to the soa room, to the thermal!"
Caramell Premium Resort Superior ★★★★
"Great hotel with a giant Spa. Basic, but well-equipped rooms. Food selection could be better, but everything was delicious."
Rigótanya Relax & Wellness Panzió Bükfürdő ★★★★
Luxus Golf Apartment ★★★
Greenfield Hotel Golf & Spa Superior ★★★★
"Hotel General: The hotel lacks clearly defined, comfortable, and atmospheric areas. The bar area, in particular, is uninviting in design. The direct passage from reception to the restaurant runs right between the bar counter and the seating areas, making it difficult to create a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, the lighting is far too bright overall, destroying the cozy atmosphere. Warmer, dimmed lighting and clearer spatial separation of the areas could significantly contribute to the feel-good atmosphere. Dining: The bright lighting and closely spaced tables make the restaurant feel rather uncomfortable. More atmospheric lighting and a more spacious table layout would contribute to the atmosphere and the guests' well-being. The buffet is not visually appealing, and the food unfortunately falls short of expectations in terms of taste. A more attractive arrangement of the dishes and more attention to detail would make a big difference here. Furthermore, the placement of certain dishes seems illogical – for example, liver paste is placed right next to yogurt and cereal at breakfast. A clearer and more sensible arrangement would be desirable. The selection of main courses is also not always harmonious. Typical side dishes that one would expect to accompany certain dishes – such as red cabbage and dumplings with duck legs – are missing, which detracts from the culinary experience. Better coordination of the dishes could significantly enhance the offerings. SPA area: The entire spa area lacks pleasant views. The sauna windows are covered in film, obscuring any view of the outdoors. Even from the outdoor pool, there is hardly any appealing view. A few strategically placed trees and shrubs could greatly contribute to the atmosphere and create a more pleasant ambiance. Furthermore, the bar in the wellness area feels rather functional, reminiscent of a cafeteria rather than a place of relaxation. A cozier design and a more atmospheric layout could significantly enhance the feeling of well-being. Overall, there is a lack of an inviting atmosphere, which is essential for true wellness. Service: The service in the hotel generally serves its purpose, but seems more functional than warm. The employees are not unfriendly, but there is a noticeable lack of a guest-oriented and approachable attitude. A warm greeting, a smile, or a small gesture can go a long way toward making guests feel welcome and appreciated. Unfortunately, the current impression is that service is limited to the essentials, without any particular commitment or interest in the guests. This lacks the feeling of being truly perceived as a guest, which makes the stay less pleasant. All in all,"
Hotel Piroska ★★★★
"We travel very much and are not particularly demanding, even if the price for this hotel is very low, you can still expect it to be clean and the rooms are clean. English is a world language and should be spoken in a hotel. We have left early because the rooms are very cold, heating is not likely to work properly, the mattresses are a pure spuming edition, the flow in the shower is stuck, so the shower has caused a flood, The rooms have not been cleaned. The wellness area, which is definitely no one, is cold, very old and hard wooden beds, fungi and dirt in every corner. This hotel has to be urgently restored. The food was OK, the server overburdened with 20 guests so you had to wait 25 minutes for his mineral. Very, very disappointing and really not to recommend further"
