"We had a fantastic stay at the Greenfield Hotel and were absolutely thrilled. Anyone looking for relaxation, good food, and a first-class facility will find it here. What we particularly enjoyed: The wellness area: The sauna complex is huge and modern. The guided sauna infusions were a real highlight! The thermal pools are perfect for unwinding. Culinary delights: The breakfast and dinner buffets left nothing to be desired. There was a great selection of Hungarian specialties and international dishes – all fresh and delicious. Service & Rooms: Our room was spacious, very clean, and modernly furnished. All the staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and many spoke excellent German. Conclusion: A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back – the Greenfield is our top choice in Bükfürdő!"

"We booked a deluxe room with a balcony for 2 adults and 1 child in the west wing. Today we were given a room WITHOUT a balcony, without even being informed of this at check-in. When we asked, we received neither a plausible explanation nor an apology. The hotel employee also refused to put us in the room category we had booked and paid for. In the room we were given, it is over 30 degrees, the air conditioning does not work, and there is no mosquito net. The employee at reception initially said that someone would come to fix the air conditioning. After no one came, the same employee informed us that hotels do not have air conditioning in the spring. Again, no apology. According to the booking confirmation, we were of course given an air-conditioned room."

The sauna as in a single family house, so small and simple. The food was OK, the staff also , but in the restaurant many sticks swept up and broken.
