We were with a tour group and stayed in the hotel for a night. Hotel room is clean and spacious. There is a small convenience next to the hotel. We loved the breakfast provided. Wide variety of food with egg station and many types of dried fruits, fresh fruits, bread, salad etc. The dining tables were decorated with nice colourful runner. Manager Mokhidil and staff were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended to stay.

Very disappointed with the hotel. First impression as you enter the lobby is one of shock....tacky, run down . Breakfast is appalling...very poor quality of food, fruit, ice cold eggs that were obviously prepared at 6am. No proper breakfast room. Part of lobby taken over to serve breakfast???? Very strange . Rooms very average. As you step out of elevator, on your floor, you find a cot on the landing. Why? This hotel needs a total revamp. Certainly doesn't deserve the star rating that it's been given!

They allow me to check in early and check out late without any charge. Pool is clean and available all days. Rooms are clean and everything is good. Receptionists are friendly and cooperative. Breakfast menu is great and we can eat anything from anywhere in the world.

The lobby manager was extremely rude and they have no such thing as customer service. The receptionist agreed to a late check-out till 12:30 pm (not much of an extension). When I called the reception the next morning to request for some more extension beyond 1230, the lady manager said that we will have to check out at 12 only! I was shocked and I asked her if I hadn't called, would you have bothered to inform me? She very rudely said that that we have to vacate the room by 12 noon or we will be charged an extra days charge. At the check out desk their cars machine did not work or they deliberately didn't swipe it correctly, so we ended up paying in cash! The same cards had worked earlier in the morning at the shops in the local bazaars of Bukhara. Worst experience in the entire trip in Uzbekistan where people were very friendly and helpful.

Shocking!!! The staff were rude and didn’t give a dam ! Air conditioner wouldn’t go below 27 ! So hot …breakfast mass production…we actually left and ended up in a beautiful boutique hotel in the old city…thank god for our guide who found a n alternative place to stay!!

This property has spacious rooms. There is an attractive reception and lobby. The staff are helpful and prompt. There is a large flat screen TV but international news channels such as BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera are not available. There is a minifridge, an electric kettle, and enough charging points. The wifi is stable. The toiletries are adequate. The breakfast offerings are vast and the standard was excellent.
