The room is bigger than i expected. The service from the receptionist is so so so good, they explained very well about the room and share some suggestions to us for taking a good picture. The meh thing is the cleanliness is not in top notch service. The toilet bowl is so so so dirty, there is yellow stain a lot! The bath tub also was not in good condition. There is some mold at toilet. Please please please improve this problem. Not to forget that there is spider web at some lamp. For outside of the hotel, there are a lot of goose poop at road. I know the hotel isn’t the new hotel but i hope you will improve the facilities. For breakfast, i will give 2/5 because the food isn’t hot and the taste is kinda bland also doesn’t have a lot of options. Please improve the cleanliness thing first ya

It was a great experience, a very nice place to visit with your spouse and family. Magnificent facilities, got many toilets, they also provide a tram to visit rabbit farms, japanese garden and horse trail. The staff are very helpful and friendly, checked in and the checked out process goes smoothly. The room was big and clean. The breakfast had plenty of choices of food and was delicious. Just for lunch and dinner you need to eat at the cafe around there, limited choices and quite pricey. You can buy frozen food from 7E there. Overall it is worth every penny.

The location is just nice. Great scenary, not too cold but not hot. It's windy when we were there. For me here one day trip is just enough as there is just a small area unless you want to stay for a night there. The room was spacious but no carpet - cold for out feet. We got an upgrade room but unfortunately the elevator not working to the first floor, they apologized to use by giving 10% off for food to bought there. Breakfast - we booked with breakfast , satisfied with many choices available and good taste too. For the restaurant around there- not really satisfied as not so much choices plus pricy compared to the food served. Brought my child to the rabbit farm and Japanese garden - it's free for those who stayed at the Colmar Tropicale.

First time stay in this hotel..just to get a different atmosphere..but it wasnt chill as it supposed to be..but the staff was very nice..got complimentary cake slices for my doter's birthday..

A 3-day, 2-night stay. It was school holidays, so there were a lot of people. This is my second time coming here with Trip. The cheap room price was worth it. Thank you very much, Trip.

The hotel has an old, vintage style, which is understandable. However, cleanliness needs improvement. There was mold around the bathroom faucet, a small cockroach, and the toilet seat was not clean. It was fine for a one-time stay, but I would not stay here again.

experience journey at berjaya hill.very thrill and beautiful view at berjaya hill.enjoy see french village without travelling outside malaysia.Colmar tropicale isnone of the famous place to visit since i was a kid.I choose to stay there for 3days and 2 nights.there is no bug and mosquito inside the hotel, but the building so old and well maintained.The room inside also with old bed and old furniture.

Parking senang. Check in senang. Bilik luas. Breakfast really good, a lot of food, happy tummy. Pau kaya sedap. We enjoy our stay.

Overall, everything was good. You need to request an iron, and they'll send it directly to your room.

The only thing that is nice is the weather. This hotel has its own rustic charm, even though it looks “tired”. Breakfast can be improved. Lunch at Le Poulet Roti is nice but quality can be slightly improved. The La Boulangerie Cafe selection should be improved. We got connecting rooms 3210 and 3211 and room 3210 is in a terrible condition (the master room). Toilet has lots of molds growing on the vanity top and its side. You can see it from the pictures. Door in bad shape and toilet bowl looks it has not been cleaned thoroughly. Bathtub has mold on the handrail. Staffs are overall friendly and accomodating BUT the chambermaid did not clear the plates that were placed outside my room, and it was left there from the moment we checked-in till we checked-out the next day. The plates were used by the previous guests. Conclusion: This hotel should be refurbished and major change in all its furnitures and fittings.

Very old building, old facilities.. but overall still a good stay 1. The escalator was too old, it took at least 1min to get the door opened.. please upgrade a better lift 2. We stayed in Fushcia building, big room, with living room, dining area, a queen size bed, a dressing area, spacious bathroom, a bathtub - cost for RM290/night on a weekend. I feel is worthy. Given shampoo, shower gel, lotion, muji toothbrush and colgate toothpaste, shower cap, vanity kit and sanitary bag. Also, in the cupboard, there is laundry bag and slippers. Only the heater will automatically stop working after sometimes when we shower. Overall worth a 3/5 for me. 3. Talking about the activities, limited. No shows, no fun, no vibes. Suggest to revamp and reopen to attract more local tourists. Current situation is, most locals come for one day trip and foreign tourists only will choose to stay here. Without fun activities, there will not be much reputation built

This hotels needs a uplift... As it looks been neglected on the upgrading...... Food was very expensive.. Charges and portion and presenting style does not par with the price. Service was also just ordinary. Was not allowed an early check in upon request.. As I have not slept the night before. Due to travelling. Was only allowed after about 1.30 pm. After I was falling asleep at lobby.... And facilities like transportation to the Japanese garden and rabbit farm.. Was not user friendly for elderly people or children. As the steps were high. Need to push yourself up. And the benches were stiff... It felt like travelling in prison van. Was not comfortable at all... Place looks beautiful.. With surrounding hills and Beautiful scenery. If service is upgraded. From staff to interior. This place will be outstanding... And look into the food charges and presentation... So it can be more pocket friendly for visitors..
