"Behind the pretty facade, there are dishonest people who only want money. - The reception is not friendly. - The hotel is often empty and you have to order what you want to eat 10 hours in advance...including breakfast. - The service is insufficient: the staff forgets things or is not there.....you have to do as the house does and serve yourself. - Some rooms do not have hot water at the sink. - You need a headlamp to get up at night. No lamp or switch next to the bed. - On weekends it is noisy with music and bass that prevent you from sleeping. - Be careful not to book, they will make you pay for any night not used, under the pretext that they could have rented to other customers... except that the hotel is empty...."

"We had this business $5230 stolen by Hotel Brovad. They were dishonest. We started our journey of Uganda today. Both other tour operators and animals on the prowl for a kill are treated with respect. It is utterly disrespectful to the environment and other drivers when a motorist cuts in front of another vehicle, makes an easy tour, or stops horizontally in front of one of them. The ranger has also been notified of a complaint. I refuse to support a tour company who closes their doors without respecting the ecology and the incredible resources the Serengeti offers. Do not do business with this organization."
