The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good, didnt get up in time for breakfast but I'm sure it was really good. Great location with easy walking around the town. Room was very large and comfortable. Would stay again if we return for another show.

Good location. Close to everything. Hospitality was good. Food was good. That is why we are coming back. Walking distance to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking was at a premium though. It was pot luck to get it. But overall a very good experience.

Well appointed large rooms, comfortable bed. The rooms are well maintained even if slightly older, but felt a bit like a Retro stay which was good. Cooked breakfast included in tariff. Staff offer excellent service. Could be called a home away from home.

Great place, even better location, close to everything, all walking distance, only shame was breakfast was basic and on very early, restaraunt was nice and bar staff helpful, great location to see a band as we saw bon jovi tribute band, bunbury a lovely place barely spent in our room as so much to see and do, but were nice quiet rooms

Booked for the 3 nights from Friday , ended up booking another. Never had breakfast as wasn't up.in time but had meals in the bar, excellent service and quick. Good venue for bands we saw Free Fall,it was their first gig and they were brilliant, a nice surprise. Staff on the bar were great , quickest I've been served not matter how busy it was. Room was clean tidy and large,all in all a great stay

Great live music venue but our room had no windows & we had to lug our cases up stairs because there are no lifts. The toilet had constantly drizzling water so the bathroom door had to be kept shut. Breakfast was great. We could have cooked, as well as continental.

20 members of our Golf Club had the pleasure of staying and dining at the Hotel . I have stayed at many hotels over the years , and this hands down was the best experience I have had . We had several "Out of the Ordinary" requests for dinner & breakfast , and the management and staff couldn't have been more accommodating . Nothing was too difficult , which make our stay unbelievable . They fed 20 hungry golfers unbelievably quickly and efficiently , with everyone raving about how good the meals were . 10/10 Guys . Can't wait to come back .

Really disappointed the kitchen closed at 5pm - we were planning dinner with local friends. Then the hotel was closed at 6pm. This was New Years Eve! We went to another hotel obviously. Other than that, the stay served its purpose for us. Room was ok, very clean. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful.
