However I live just a few minutes away and so if any issues arise I am happy to come and help.There is one parking spot reserved for the unit, but plenty of visitor parking all around as well. I have never had any problems with parking right in front of the unit. The home is just around the corner from Washington Rd, which is one of the main roads in Augusta, and just a short drive to the freeway as well.- No smoking on the property- Please clean up after your pets. Please clean up poop and fur, and leave no evidence a pet was there. - Absolutely no parties or exceeding the maximum number of guests.
