This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home backs the 11th fairway of Continental Country Club Golf Course.Enjoy peaceful views of panoramic view with Elden Mountain in the backdrop or relax in one of two family/great rooms either upstairs on downstairs. Kids big and small will love the downstairs family room with a pool table, dart board, games, and a second 65" TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HULU Live TV to watch movies and shows galore. The upstairs great room has a wood burning fireplace and a second 65" TV. Enjoy a fire while watching a movie or reading a book. Our goal is for total relaxation and comfort. The close proximity of the home to Downtown Flagstaff puts great restaurants and attractions within a short drive. Continental Country Club is just a 7 minute walk with the Oakmont Restaurant and the 18 Hole Championship Golf Course literally in your back yard. Santa's Workshop is less than 2 miles away.
