We have equipped our patio and back deck with plenty of seating and a propane grill for cookouts. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the Bedroom, a futon in the living room, and an additional queen air mattress if needed. The home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a vacation getaway and starter toiletries. We have incorporated a dedicated workspace and free wifi for those who may need to work during their stay. All of the TV's are equipped with Roku for streaming as well! If you use the pool, please be mindful of the slope. We strongly recommend the use of life jackets for children or for anyone who cannot swim or is not a confident swimmer. No animals in the pool. No glassware on the pool deck or inside the screened in pool area. There is a good selection of plastic drinkware in the kitchen cupboard above the Nespresso machine. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The owner, management and staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage that may occur while using the pool.KAYAK AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have three fishing kayaks that are located on and next to the floating dock. Life jackets and oars are stored in the cupboard on the pool deck.All guests must always wear a life jacket while using the kayaks.
