Stayed here as part of a tour of Vietnam. Large spacious hotel with clean modern rooms and helpful staff. Very convenient hotel to stay. When you venture into town for a meal very exciting no English spoken.Take your phone translator with you !

Good location and clean hotel with many good restaurants around.

The lobby look lovely, cute decoration of Tết, the lounge make good drinks… the room, bed is comfy, very spacious room, lots of space… my room is 514, at night or in the morning, theres always someone walking on top of my room or doing something, lots of noises, even late night, the room isnt sound proof, so u can hear all the noises, the morning even lots of noises when everybody wake up, breakfast not too hot, i come down around 8:30-9, some plate already out, take long to refill all the foods for late wake up customers… and the bún bò huế is something i never seen and eat before, its funny…. Didnt like the breakfast buffet that much… although its a convenient location, close to everything… walking distance to my favorite restaurant… thats a plus…

This 4 star hotel in Buon Ma Thuot was a lifesaver for us after a homestay we had booked months in advance cancelled on us just before our flight took off. Elephants Hotel was able to get us a room last minute at a fairly reasonable price. The location is great, in the heart of BMT, about a 5-10m walk from the World Coffee museum. The rooms are extremely clean and very spacious, there are restaurants and room service, as well as a outdoor pool to check out. Breakfast was included with our room and consisted of a mix between a continental breakfast and a more traditional vietnamese one, along with a ton of options for fresh juice or coffee. The entrance lobby is beautiful with lots of seats around some gorgeous courtyards you can sip a morning coffee in. One thing id note is that despite the no smoking signs everywhere, we encountered guests just smoking in lobby of our floor several times. As a result, there was an unfortunate cigarette smell in the hallways most evenings, though the cleaning staff did a good job of removing it each morning. Despite that, id still recommend it if youre in BMT, as the location is hard to beat. I also HIGHLY recommend the Mỳ cay (spicy noodle) shop across the street if youre looking for a place to snack while in town

Room service was nonexistent. Breakfast was very limited. Overall a 4 star hotel with a 3 star service. First time stay and unfortunately it will be the last. Personally I won’t recommend staying, given that there are so many of other choices.

Good environment, good hygiene, good breakfast, convenient surrounding, equipped with a swimming pool, there are specialty shops nearby, juice is only 2-3 yuan, it is very decent to bring customers here, highly recommended!

Third stay which remains pleasant, in addition the reception had a very professional welcome by having allocated a room very close to the swimming pool having heard our conversation about the swimming pool. 2 small points to improve: the water of this swimming pool is freezing all day and in all seasons, while it is large and pleasant but impossible to stay in for too long. The buffet breakfast looks very good, but the mortadella was ruined, the jam was absolutely disgusting because it had added flour, and the bread was not fresh at all because it was really very hard. Breakfast was reported to the chef during my stay, I hope that greater attention will be paid to these points. Next to the hotel there are very good restaurants including L'Amour, a pizzeria which has 50% off offers on Tuesdays and they are very good. Better to stay here than at the Saigon Tourist or same range, for the price and quality of the rooms (impeccable air conditioning, pleasant bathroom).

I think it would be nice to have a treatment in addition to the shampoo.

For me, who is not fluent in Vietnamese and can only speak English, the counter staff here are very enthusiastic to help solve problems. It is highly recommended! The transportation location is also convenient, close to the coffee museum and park, and the security is good, which is reassuring.

Hotel service + Ctrip platform is very bad and a rip-off

There is no soundproofing, and the sounds from the next room can be heard clearly. This is unbearable. The environment is OK, and the breakfast is good.

The friendliness of the staff is quite good, but the facilities are old, the cleaning is not clean, and the massage service on the 4th floor is poor for the price. If I have another business trip, I don't think I will choose it again.
