Hai Ba Trung Hotel & Spa

Buon Ma Thuot|1.22km from Medical College of Daklak
We had reserved a room at another hotel, but they didn't have our reservation and were full so we went to this hotel. A mistake. We thought it was a luxury hotel. It has large rooms but it is by no means a luxury hotel. The work chair at the desk is just another wood chair (without cushions) from the hotel restaurant. The AC is so underpowered it took three hours for the room to cool down after we arrived. The shower didn't have hot water in the morning, just warm water. It was better that evening and the next day. There was no switch for one of the lights, so I had to call the hotel engineer to work the bedside program to turn it off. It even took him a while to figure it out. There is a tub with a shower, but the tub is placed near a wall, with no caulking or wrap around shower curtain, so the water hits the wall and runs down outside the tub. The TV is about 20 feet from the head of the bed, so you can't really see it at that distance. The toilet roll holder is behind the toilet seat, very difficult to reach. I could go on, but the design shortcomings are endless. The bed is actually reasonably comfortable, as are the pillows. If the AC was strong enough, you could get a decent night's sleep. The restaurant breakfast buffet has only Vietnamese food. Probably no westerners stay at this hotel. The only Western food was runny yogurt, and you could have made to order eggs. Service tries to be accommodating, but they speak very little English. Finally, there are more than a dozen steps to the hotel, maybe 15 or so. Bellboys carry the suitcases up and down the stairs, but that is ridiculous. Why not make the entrance ground level. I felt sorry for the bellhops, but this is insanely stupid design. Try to find another hotel.

Elephants Hotel

First night here hotel ok but don’t try to eat or sleep at this hotel. Went to BBQ and Grill restaurant and it was sudden closed. Only very noisey restaurant on first floor was open it was packed with very drunk and very, very loud patrons. We then went to a downstairs bar where you could order a hamburger it was very small but OK. It is a hotel that still allows smoking indoors so you then have to try and eat and enjoy while people in close proximity are sending cigarette smoke your way. Then ordered dessert from the very limited menu things not available with excuse of being sold out. Then very loud and possibly intoxicated patron start returning to rooms with no regard for other guests. This hotel presents itself as being very up market but it is very obvious that it’s standards have very much declined into no more that an expensive backpacker hostel.
Biet Dien Hotel

The hotel has just been renovated, the reception lobby style is quite impressive, with Indochina style, this style is quite suitable for the hotel's name ”Biet Dien” - meaning the place where the last king of Vietnam used. Location is the highest plus point because it is opposite the central square of this city. The room is also quite comfortable, but needs to be updated with the exterior style and the reception hall will be very attractive. I heard from the receptionist that after ***** New Year, the room system will gradually have its interior renovated.

Lived in several rooms. Those above average did not raise any particular questions. But budget rooms are just average in terms of cleanliness. Also, the coffee supply was not replenished when the room was cleaned. It's clearly not worth the money, $15. Maximum $8.
SOJO HOTEL DAK LAK

New generation of hotels where everything is connected and everything is done via tablet and wifi, disoriented at the beginning but conquered the comfort of the system. The hotel is close to the city centre and is close to the hotel. The reception also features a large bar, lounge, games, film projection, kitchen corner and automatic washing machine. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Put the Sojo Hotels application in your phone, and everything is remotely controlled: stores, lights, TV, air conditioning, it's absolutely great, everything is controlled bed. The room is very comfortable and comfortable, and the room is very comfortable and comfortable. The same for TV. Breakfast buffet is usually when the hotel is well filled, otherwise on the map but on will and it is right (always this bad coffee in the Vietnamese capital of the best Robusta in the world! ) You can have true butter and confection on my bread, and not just that the salty breakfast is alive. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel.

The Coffee City - Healing & Retreats

Clean room, lovely staff, location is in convenient area to visit the coffee museum. But it seems that I went at this time and still repairing, so the sound of crowing and buzzing all day, can't relax or at least sleep.
