Comparing whit my previous experiences, staying in this hotel really feels like you never went out from home, the atmosphere is comfortable and familiar, I can't wait to come back again. Special regards for room staff, beautiful people. 5stars.

Descent hotel in the center of Bourgas. Walking.distance from the pedestrian central street, nice rooms and good service. Breakfast and finding a parking place was not meeting our expectations. The view from the restaurant during the breakfast was super relaxing.

Beautiful, central boutique hotel. Staff are very accommodating and really add to the homely atmosphere. Very central for a city break to explore Burgas. I stayed here for a short city break with my husband and we were very impressed. Breakfast had lots of options a beautiful terrace to enjoy coffee and the city views.

El hotel necesita una reforma integral. Entrar a la habitación y el baño es como entrar a una cueva, las luces no iluminan, es muy deprimente la verdad. La moqueta tiene manchas y se la ve vieja para aburrir. La sabana está escondida debajo de la colcha y te tienes que hacer tu la cama, y en mi caso estaba sucia. Considero sinceramente que no merece las estrellas que tiene. Menos mal que sólo estuvimos una noche. Lo único positivo es que el desayuno era muy completo y estaba bien.

No alcanza ni de casualidad las estrellas que dice tener. Cuenta con un solo (y pequeño) ascensor, lo que hace que todo demore mucho. La habitación es pequeña, incómoda y muy oscura, al igual que el baño. Un detalle: ni siquiera hacen la cama, dejan una sábana doblada debajo de un cobertor sucio. La limpieza, muy pobre. Tampoco está demasiado bien ubicado: si bien no está lejos del centro sí hay que caminar al menos unos 20 minutos para llegar a la playa. Lo único que se puede destacar es el desayuno buffet, variado, abundante y el desayunador (en el último piso) es cómodo y tiene linda vista. No volvería!
