It is the best-located hotel to walk to the Brgos Cathedral and city centre attractions. It has a luxurious atmosphere and is a clean hotel. You have to pay for parking, but you can find free parking around the hotel. But need to check with the hotel.

I booked this hotel for a stopover during a road trip, planning to arrive at the hotel—myself, my 7 and 13-year-old children, and I—take a dip in the pool, and then go out for dinner in town. We arrived and the pool was closed. The explanation they gave us was that there had been an unforeseen problem, without any further explanation or guarantee that it would be open the next morning. The next morning it was open, so we decided to go there to relax a bit before continuing our trip. However, our moment of relaxation turned into a moment of suffering because the air was unbreathable, causing irritation to our eyes and nose, probably due to the treatment they applied. I find the way this 4-star hotel handled this situation unacceptable. We paid for a service that we didn't receive (the pool) or that was in terrible condition, and the hotel showed no care or attention to its guests.

Close to attractions. The hotel is huge. Breakfast was good too.

The facilities are very good, the staff is friendly and attentive. It is the second time we go but we will repeat for sure

Excellent location

The hotel is well located, near the cathedral (10 minutes walking). It is a comfortable and familiar hotel. If I return to Burgos I will surely stay here again.

I always go to ABBA, it's a guarantee

The room is spacious, quiet and comfortable,,,, It is located a 5-minute walk to the old town, so accessibility is excellent.

La señorita de recepción fue un poco agradable, hizo el check-in sin dar mucha info.. la almohadas no estaban muy acordes y los ronquidos de mi vecino no nos dejaron dormir.

El hombre de la recepción fue encantador. Habitación muy limpia y cómoda. Desayuno increíble!!! Estaba todo buenísimo

Bastante decepcionada… En el primer momento todo bien, pero luego a la tarde en la piscina (sitio destinado para relajación) llegaron 10-15 niños pequeños creando alboroto y al no haber socorrista no hubo ningún tipo de supervisión (porque por supuesto, los padres no estaban allí). Salpicando a todos sin ningún respeto. No pensamos decir nada a la recepción hasta que a la mañana siguiente llegaron los niños de nuevo, salpicando, gritando y haciendo mucho ruido. Se tiraban desde un alto que tiene la piscina y podrían haberse hecho algo. Se lo comunicamos finalmente a recepción y les dio completamente igual, pues al final era un “problema externo a ellos” pero dudo bastante que no se pudiera hacer nada al respecto (al menos darles horas determinadas para que estuvieran ellos solos y divertirse).  El trato fue muy muy mediocre. También, la sauna (si es que se puede llamar así) era un cubículo enano, que de hecho alguien con claustrofobia podía pasarlo mal y las maderas estaban rotas. Era un poco peligroso también porque si te querías sentar, tenías que apoyarte de una banqueta que estaba media coja y entre que es pequeña la sauna y todo, te puedes meter una buena caída. En conclusión, muy decepcionada como he dicho, por algunas instalaciones y la atención muy poco en consideración con algo que pensamos que era razonable poder gestionarlo y que por las dos partes estuviera todo bien.

Habitaciones amplias en mi caso Deluxe con jardín, desayuno europeo en un comedor muy luminoso tiene parking.

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado. El personal es amable y las habitaciones son amplias.
