Good breakfast lots of choice, hot and cold. Clean and good size room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Only stayed one night while passing through to a ferry.
Underground car park was useful if a little tight in places (long cars may struggle, but our SUV was OK)). They apparently have 42 spaces but when I asked to use the car parking when booking months before arriving, they said they could not reserve a space. This would be understandable if they had many fewer spaces but with so many apparently available, a different response might have been better.
There is a one car space outside of reception, limited to 10 minutes, in which to unload. It is in a one way street just by a traffic light and only a three meters past the car park entrance which means another trip around the one way system to get into the parking entrance. Unfortunate positioning.
