"For years, this hotel has been my first choice when I come to Burhaniye Ören, and I spent 11 nights there again in December 2025. Unfortunately, this will be my last stay. The way the hotel management treats its staff, especially Ms. Fatma, who tirelessly supported us and always had a smile on her face, is absolutely unacceptable. Learning that she was dismissed immediately after my departure deeply shocked me. As a long-time regular guest, I must say: a relaxing vacation is no longer possible in an establishment that treats its employees this way and shows no respect for their dedication. There are already rumors of an impending closure, and because of this uncertainty in management, many regular customers are already switching to other hotels. They have lost a loyal guest. I can no longer recommend this establishment, which disregards human values ​​and the peace of mind of its staff."

"The cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms were absolutely nonexistent. We booked the room without checking the reviews because we had little time left until our vacation. They demanded a cancellation fee of 7,500 TL per room, and since we were two families, we thought, "Why pay 15,000 TL if we don't stay? At least let's try to enjoy ourselves." The food was extremely tasteless; the same desserts and hot items were served at breakfast for three days – no change at all! Children entered the children's pool in diapers, and diaper fragments were everywhere. Despite repeatedly warning them, they claimed the pool was clean. In short, it's a complete waste of money; don't go. We stayed for three days, and neither the pool nor the hotel corridors were cleaned even once. The service was beyond terrible. Although the room doors were supposed to lock, they weren't secure at all; they would shake with the slightest breeze. Our family was absolutely dissatisfied, and we spoke to everyone who went there, and none of them were happy either; most were just random people. Be careful, don't waste your money."
