San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront Reviews

Everything was great, except for one thing: you really need to book a sea-view room. I booked a king room, and they gave me a room that looked like the one in the picture, but outside the window was just a transparent rooftop. I was so mad! I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms, and they said it would be an extra $50. However, on Ctrip, the sea-view rooms and king rooms are basically the same price, so that was pretty misleading. Also, for a 5-star hotel, they don't provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers, so keep that in mind.

The hotel is ideal for early or late flights, with a spacious and comfortable free shuttle bus to the airport. Guests enjoy excellent views of planes taking off and landing, as well as a relaxing coastal walkway. The buildings are well maintained and look new. Rooms are spacious, though amenities like kits and slippers must be requested from housekeeping. Marriott Gold members may receive room upgrades.

Excellent hotel conveniently located near the airport, complete with a shuttle service for added convenience. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. As a bonus, you can earn Bonvoy points during your stay!

Amazing experience great wonderful staff

Perfect layover to rest before taking a flight. Food is very good. Let me check in early. The view is also very nice. Overall had a great stay!

Hotel is clean! However, no much view from the hotel! Highly recommend if you guys request for sea view!! Free shuttle to airport terminal. 👍🏻

Great location with nice views from breakfast. Convenient Starbucks onsite. Short drive to the airport with flight information screen near to reception.

Convenient location good restaurant I was in room 5011 Water Pressure was extremely low very difficult to wash shampoo out of my hair. Bed was comfortable. Tv and program selection was good. Airport shuttle was good
