The lobby is spacious and the environment is pleasant. I only stayed for one day, but it exceeded my expectations. The chef at the buffet made excellent fried eggs; the aroma was far-reaching and the taste was quite close to Chinese preferences.

Hotel is the same as photo in website, very clean and morden. The breakfast is nice.

My experience at this hotel was quite good this time. The lobby was lively with many people watching a game, and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast, nice warm indoor pool, comfy beds. I did have some issues with being charged for things I didn't buy from the gift shop, but they took care of it immediately. Nice and close to the mall and convenient affordable option for day trips into Boston. Will definitely go back.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, and a reputable establishment.

It's a huge hotel, but fairly standard. The lobby offers complimentary drinking water for guests' convenience. Coffee and tea are served during breakfast. The room amenities were quite basic. The location is fairly convenient, with a large shopping mall right next door.

The room amenities are quite new, and the room itself has that standard Marriott style. The breakfast spread was also quite plentiful. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the landscaping is well-maintained. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, but they are rather small and seem more suited for children. I didn't really experience much in terms of service; I found the service level in the US to be somewhat lacking compared to what I'm accustomed to.

The hotel met Marriott's usual standards in every aspect, and I was very satisfied. Its convenient and safe location in the Boston suburbs makes it an excellent choice for both shopping and business trips.

This was my second stay. Returning to this hotel while abroad, I instantly felt a sense of coming home and a warm welcome the moment I walked through the door. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

I came to Boston with my children, primarily to visit Harvard University and soak in the atmosphere of such a prestigious institution. Boston itself is a historic city, home to many world-class universities, and definitely worth experiencing.

Pretty good hotel.

The bed was too soft and extremely uncomfortable. It felt lumpy and really needs replacing.
