The hotel is a maze of corridors! Very disorienting, especially given a serious lack of signage.
I had a lot of luggage, and the elevator was a Very long hike from the lobby. Again poor signage made it Very hard to find.
Also, the bath tubs have rounded bottoms, which makes it a fall hazard when wet. I recommend at least adding non-slip *****s to prevent falls. Can't recommend to anyone over 40 or handicapped.

Pretty good hotel. Overall it’s a good stay. The thermostat is fixed on a temperature, so it wasn’t very warm. But overall, staff was polite and rooms are mostly clean and good sized

I stay here whenever I have an early flight at BTV the next morning or get in late at night. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, the restaurant is good, and the airport shuttle is super convenient. The rates are reasonable, too. What’s not to like?

Not at all whst I expected. The front desk ladies who greeted us were pleasant enough. The property itself was run down . The first room assigned the heater was as loud as a jet plane. They moved us. Second room, heater was not working. Fixed it ourselves. Bathroom door did not function properly. Just overall, a disappointment.

This property needs major updates. The floor is disgusting. You walk in the room and your socks turn black within seconds. The lights are flickering and the ceiling where the water sprinkler is for the fire has holes around it as though someone was trying to take it off. Then you ask yourself, did they install some kind of hidden camera?! God knows. Anyway, we try to call front desk several times and no one ever picked up. We stayed in a suite in the E section so you can imagine the walk. Quite far.
Also, it offers nothing in terms of convenience, just the bare basics. What i mean is paper towel, dish washers etc. Just a cheap dish detergent mini bottle half used. Like seriously, they can at least make sure it's a new mini bottle.
I wouldn't recommend this place.

Friendly, clean, comfortable and offered free bottled water, with more brought to the room upon request. The only small blip was the heavy scented sanitation products not asthma kind but at least there was a window to open for fresh air. Enjoyed being able to sign into personal streaming accounts on large flat screen.
