The hotel service is satisfactory, the counter staff is willing to help, and I recommend friends to stay here. I will stay here again. But you need to bring your own slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush as the hotel does not provide them. The hotel breakfast is a surprise and different every day. 

The airport is conveniently accessible, and the surrounding living facilities are complete, especially the Chinese supermarket. The breakfast is a bit simple but nutritious. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the lobby, and the room is equipped with a kitchen. Good reviews!

This is my second time staying at Element Metrotown. It is very comfortable because the room is equipped with a small kitchen so you can cook like at home.

In the center of Burnaby, opposite the hotel is the purely Chinese Regent Plaza, but this plaza is nothing special except for Heytea. Walking to the subway station is a big shopping mall, and there is also a big Chinese Super League and Walmart. The room we stayed in also had a sofa bed, but the best thing was the balcony, the view was very good.

Overall this hotel is very good. The location is great, diagonally opposite the Metrotown shopping mall. The nearby Lijing Plaza and a bunch of delicious restaurants can completely satisfy the Chinese stomach. For those who are afraid of noise, it may be a little noisy at night, and you can often hear the sound of police cars or ambulances. The room was clean nothing to fault.

The apartment hotel has convenient transportation and is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. The SkyTrain is a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and soundproofed, and the bed was very comfortable.

The attitude of the check-in counter staff in the hotel is very bad, as if I just fell out of love or I was going to borrow money from her, they never looked at me from the beginning to the end, stayed for 6 nights, but they were cleaned every other day, so There was cleaning on the second and fourth day, and we checked out just at noon on the sixth day, so we only cleaned twice after staying for six days. Although the location is very good, it is convenient to go in and out, and it is very convenient and cheap to eat at Regent Plaza opposite, but to be honest, I will not live there again in the future.

The service at the front desk is very good, very welcoming, and the location of the scenery is also very good, but there are no slippers provided in the room, and finally bring a pair by yourself
