Last week we spent a couple of nights at Burnley Travelodge. The reception was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was bright, clean and quiet and had everything necessary for an overnight stop.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and can’t fault anything. The rooms are always spotless and the staff are fantastic, can’t do enough for you. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else Special mention for Kristin and Hayley who work so hard and are always so friendly.

Title football away day Just stayed at the Burnley travelodge for the 2nd time as we were staying over for a football game. Easy checkin all the staff were really friendly. Good sized room - free car park there’s a great restaurant on site that we called at. Overall a great stay and will be back big thanks.

Regular visitor to this hotel. Recently had a major refurbishment including the car park!! Good location for Burnley centre and easy access to road and rail network. Best thing about the hotel is the incredibly hard working staff. Very welcoming and go above and beyond to provide a pleasant stay.

Booked a family room with a pull out bed. Pull out bed had bloody stains. No pillows, no sheet or duvet. Staff at reception put a sign he would be back, but was sat there whole time and ignored us. When they see customers come in the should attend reception. The hotel smelt of **** and people were standing right outside smoking. Not a welcoming hotel.

The hotel has been upgraded to the newer style, very comfortable bed & clean throughout. Ample free parking on site, a fantastic Italian/Mediterranean restaurant just across the yard & again excellent service & food. Travelodge staff were very friendly & helpful, especially Hayley who looked after my expensive camera & lens that I left behind, she even made me a coffee when I returned the next day to collect it.

We didn't recieve our breakfast when leaving hotel which was paid for in.the extras payment. No signs showing anything
