Broad Leaf Villas

Great experience staying in these Villas. Great personal service by the team on arrival. Villas are clean & modern. Area is nice & quiet. Kitchen in the villa if you want to self-cater with everything you need bar a dishwasher. Although the 2 bed unit I believe has one. A short walk to the shopping area if you want to eat at a cafe. Loved sitting out on the balcony each morning & evening. Whilst there wasn't a view as such, it was great to be amongst the greenery. Happy with the price for the Villa for what it contained & how fresh & clean it was

Everything was fantastic through the entire stay. Grant greeted us at the airport and guided us back to the villa having collected our car. Once there, he took the time to walk us through the villa, get us hooked up with the wi fi and provided us with plenty of tips for our stay. The villa was spacious and clean with all that we would need for our stay. We will be back

Broad Leaf Villas is an excellent property to stay at on Norfolk Island. Our villa, number 2, was spacious and had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. Having a full kitchen was exactly what we needed and the living areas were well furnished. It was clean and tidy. It is a quiet location but close to the Burnt Pine shops and restaurants. A very comfortable king bed led to a goods nights sleep. Our hosts, Furnella and Grant, were outstanding and you could not want for more accommodating individuals. A tropical storm at the end of our trip we had a long delay to a flight but we were able to stay in our accomodation throughout the day, that was a great help for us. Highly recommended.

Great location, close to everything, comfortable, spacious, great balcony and friendly hosts. Car hire available. Laundry on site. Never heard other guests. Tour companies collect from just out on the street. Walk to restaurants. Happily go back

The property was so spectacular with its ocean and forest views and absolute comfort and unbelievable service. Dennis who managers the property was outstanding with his personable approach and kindness to my children. He made our trip extra special and because we had such a wonderful stay we will return. Thank you so much for making our holiday so relaxing, we greatly appreciate it and thank you for your kindness, generosity and hospitality during our stay.

Blinds shoukd be replaced as they do not look clean and one of the bottoms us coming out. Otherwise it was all good
