Hemu Surprise Hotel

The underfloor heating was fantastic – I didn't feel cold even at -40 degrees! The cleaning staff tidied up my room every day. Getting around was super convenient; there's a Hemu bus right outside that takes you to all the scenic spots, which was really reassuring. The hotel views were also beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was all-you-can-eat, perfect for skiers – one meal kept me going all day on the slopes!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout, from helping with our luggage to answering all our questions about the area – their attention to detail made everything feel so welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the underfloor heating was a godsend; even in -40 degree Hemu, we could walk around barefoot comfortably, completely escaping the winter chill. The sight of snow-covered cabins and birch forests, especially with the morning mist, felt like something out of a fairytale, and every photo we took looked stunning. The hotel's location is also super convenient for exploring; getting to the old village by bus was a breeze. Combined with the heartwarming service and comfortable accommodation, this made our Hemu trip truly unforgettable. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit!

Service: The hotel's service was excellent. Our butler, Fang, was always available to help, whether it was early morning or late at night. We were here for skiing and hadn't planned any local activities, so we basically relied on Fang for everything—asking questions, getting water, or ordering food. It was incredibly convenient! Free shuttle to Gikprin Ski Resort: They offer morning and evening shuttles, which is very convenient. Otherwise, a taxi would cost about 100 RMB a day. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was quite good. No strange smells in the bathroom, thumbs up! Environment: The environment is beautiful. We had stunning views of the snowy mountains from our window, and there were several adorable, friendly cats around.

Got an upgrade to a bathtub suite. The room was warm, and there was plenty of hot water. Xiao Fang provided excellent service; whatever I needed was delivered quickly and efficiently. Great stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to the ski resort or the village. The rooms are comfortable, and the concierge service is top-notch. The concierge was very professional and efficient, and all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely be back!
