Convenient location, right next to the town square with all the restaurants and also just 50m from the free town public bus stop. The room is surprisingly spacious; my family love it. The service is very good. We got welcome coffee. There were also check out gifts but we didn't have time to get it. The staff came over several times to make sure we are doing OK, that we know how to operate the heaters, etc. They even taught us a strategy to book the pass to 观鱼台. Just to note that I converse in mandarin, so I'm not sure how the staff will manage in another language. .

The hotel could have been a perfect hotel if they could fetch us from the ticket station or another nearby hotel. As a foreigner you must get access to the internet to find the location of the hotel. Just a few metres from the free park bus stop. A sundry shop is available.

enjoyed the stay very much, beautiful caravan with windows to see stars at night. has ample space and mini refrigerator. warm and comfortable. has fruits and snacks. surrounding is also beautiful and quiet. we were not very familiar with the location and transport options to the hotel, and since it was pretty late, there were no more buses and taxis available, hotel was not able to give clear directions and provide help to get to hotel, no pick up service. we had to walk very far to reach hotel. the bus stops in front of the hotel entrance but it is still quite far from the caravan place. not advisable for ppl with alot of luggage.

The overall cleanliness is questionable… choked common toilets next to the cafe with feces all over.Room condition not good. I don’t even bother to take pictures of the hotel but the cows roaming beside it.

Everything is very good. Nice and clean hotel that includes breakfast, a cup of coffee per day. Especially, the guy who is really taking great care of us that picking us from the hotel to Kanasi entrance everyday. Also, he was providing all the information that I asked for Kanasi. I really appreciate the services.

It’s better to stay in the actual geopark although there aren’t options to do so on Trip.com. Foreigners are supposed to stay in the old village but we found a place to stay in the new village which we liked better

This hotel is in a perfect location for those wanting to visit Kanas Lake Scenic Area. My room was a good size and quite comfortable. The only problem was that the sound insulation is quite poor so it can be noisy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful- massive shoutout to ‘sister Q’ who went out of her way to help me with several things!
