The location of the hotel is very good. It is very calm during the week. We used the spa as if it was our own. There was no one. The staff is friendly but the rooms could be cleaner, the carpets were very dusty

This was my second stay at this property. The location of this hotel is excellent. Across the street next to the hotel there are many dining options in addition to a shopping center. Uludag mountain and other touristic spots are easily accessible. There is also the option to use the tram if you choose not to drive. The warm welcome and hospitality provided by each single member of the staff is what made me come to this hotel a second time and will guarantee a third return to this location. Very friendly and genuinely welcoming. The property was very clean. The spa was a great addition to go and relax after enjoying the snow in uludag mountain. Breakfast was great in morning. There’s a huge open buffet and you can have things made to order as well. Taste and Quality of food was excellent. Hands down this is my go to hotel in Bursa. Highly recommend this location.

I made 7 rooms reservation for myself and my friends traveling with me. They let me lead the hotel selection and they were fascinating the most with Bursa Crawne Plazza selection. We ended up extending the stay for two more days. First of all, the check in réception was awesome and very warm. The shift manager was very helpful and generous with us. Special thanks for Carmen Timofte who made our stay exceptional. The rest of the staff are all a grat help with great smile. We felt home and very comfortable. The rooms are all very spacious and nice, they all have been upgraded and thanks Carmen. Definitely, this hotel will be my favorite whenever visiting Bursa. I rated the sleeping quality as 4 out of 5 because of the billows and honestly I have this issue in all hotels. I do have neck pain issue and I usually carry my sleeping billow but I missed it this time. Over all thanks a lot for the Buras Crawne Plaza staff

Me and my family stayed for 13 nights in this hotel and our experience was perfect. The reservation staff accommodated our requests without any issues. The reception staff was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and so was the housekeeping staff. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby area and the hotel cafe are good and comfortable to lounge in. And the hotel spa has a fantastic indoor thermal pool and a nicely sized outdoor pool. I would highly recommend Celik Palace to anyone visiting Bursa, especially families. Looking forward to our next visit.

Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Rooms are spacious, though door locks do not work plus there are no security chains (5108). No Fire escape plan on the door. Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

If you want to enjoy hot springs, swim in a lukewarm pool and sit under green trees, this hotel is a perfect choice. Yes, the building and infrastructure are old. But this hotel has a special atmosphere, reminding me of Turkey of 1980’s. I would prefer to stay here with local flavour,rather than new 5 star hotels with international brands. After staying 5 days, my observation is as follows; 1.location It is at the end of Çekirge street where buses and minibuses frequently pass. It’s close to the center. You can find restaurants, tea houses, mini markets just by climbing a few staircases at the back of the hotel. ( Celik Palace Hotel is a nice alternative for termal experience, but restaurants and tea houses are not nearby ) 2. Termal experience If you are a lover of hot springs, you can go to Yeni Kaplıca public bath In Çekirge . Here you can get similar experience in a more exclusive and quiet atmosphere. the hot spring is not too hot around 38 to 40 degrees centigrade in the large,circular bath. But one step up, you can dip into a hotter small bath .After hamam, wrapped in large towels , drinking tea or ayran in the hall is very relaxing. 3. Swimming pool Clean and lukewarm,enough length for swimming properly. 4. Room I stayed in a junior suite room. Spacious enough,with a balcony facing a large courtyard with the swimming pool. Quiet with good wifi connection. 5. Breakfast Line up of foods is quite O.K. Didn’t find coffee tasty . But this is normal even in any 5 star hotels in Turkey. Tea is always a better choice. The outside terrace is very pleasant in to sit in summer. 6. Service Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. They are ready to solve your problems ( in my case , ferry boat ticket). I am looking forward to coming back to this hotel before the end of the summer. One advice- reserve directly with the Kervansaray Hotel. You can save hefty commission, especially by foreign travel agencies!
