Always a pleasure staying here. Thank you! Great to be able to enjoy all there is to offer within the Crown precinct Free shuttle service every 10 mins to and from Burswood station makes travel anywhere very convenient

Overall good experience with this hotel. However was waken up by the noise at 8am in the morning. As the assigned room is on 8 floor, there are men at work on the roof. This has spoilt the morning.

Rooms are average and the room we were allocated smelt of cigarette smoke.  Overpriced due to location near the ******.  Will choose another hotel next time.

Horrible service. A beeping sound was emanating from the washroom on the day I checked in (on 7 October). Called the reception three times from 9.15pm to 10.30pm; each time, it was promised to me that they would send someone to check. No one came. Duty manager on duty that day should not be in this service line. Conceirge staffs were however friendly and professional.

Check in and check out very smooth. Love that it’s at ****** area so that it’s lively even at night. Short drive from airport and CBD. Will come back and stay again!
