Great place to stay when visiting the area. Great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. There is a limited dinner menu consIsting oh pizza, pasta, salads and burgers. Rooms are also very clean with large comfortable beds and all newly refurbished in 2019. Parking is available on-site. There is a code to get out, which is given to guests and available from reception.

The room was clean and fresh, the bed was super comfortable, toiletries provided. The staff were all very welcoming especially Glenda, so nice to have a little bit of fun and banter and yes Glenda he is still breathing....................

Arrived early as was attending a function in Burton. Asked reception about car parking, would I be able leave car, was it ANPR controlled etc. Not only was this enquiry dealt with efficiently and effectively I was also offered an early check in as an IHG member. Bilal on reception did something that is quite rare nowadays, offered excellent customer service. Room was clean, decent size. Comfortable bed and good shower. Excellent breakfast. All round pleasant stay.

Room was small , beds were hard and uncomfortable,booked a room with double bed and bed settee I got a room with 2 single beds I asked to be moved as this wasn't the room I booked they refused,there was no dressing table in room no remote control for TV they said there was no spare ones hot breakfast was a let down all in all had a terrible stay for £238 for 2 nights wasn't worth it all I won't be staying again

Really enjoyed our visit. The room was spotless with lovely toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and had a choice of soft or firm pillows, bliss. The breakfast was really enjoyable although the other half thought the bacon was too salty and the gash browns under cooked. I had no complaints!

Well, we fell on our feet here!!! £64 for the night (for 2) with breakfast! Although looking on their website, a Saturday night stay will sting you for £116 (somewhat disappointing!) This hotel seems to be barely open. It’s all very new looking, not a sign of footfall in the carpets and clean like you can only dream of! The room space is good and very well designed/utilised and quiet (bonus!) The bed’s comfy (although with everything so new you would hope so) and the shower is very good (which is ALWAYS a plus!) Breakfast is a buffet, hot and cold food. The rotary toaster is set to perfection (you don’t have to send it through a second time only to end up with an incinerated offering). AND THEY HAVE MARMITE! Result!

Very clean room , compact shower room with all required items Staff friendly and parking available, although maybe tight if hotel full ( £5 surcharge for parking each night ) Only downside was the noisy vent which can’t be switched off in the room , other than that slept comfortably and well - no complaints

Perfect cheap hotel for a weekend stay. Used due to proximity to a festival. Staff all very friendly and efficient. Excellent front of house staff, breakfast staff and cleaning team. Room good and breakfast was acceptable. Parking available at a cost which is useful. Came back very late one evening and unable to get a space however one of the nights but managed to park on the street at the side of the hotel. Would stay here again if in the area.
