On arriving you see a sign informing you to go around the roundabout for parking, this I did but was looking for the hotel car park to which there is none. The car park is a multi storey car park which has nothing to do with the hotel. (£2.50 for the night). Make sure you park on the lower floor from here it’s a short walk to the hotel. Reception is automated , rooms is what you expect from Premier inn. The bar and lounge /dining area is just to the right of the front door, drinks are from a fridge or vending machine. I only had the breakfast which I did enjoy but was late starting. Would I stay again, Yes, due to its location.

Stayed at the Lichfield Premiere Inn Saturday night after a trip to Drayton Manor for my son’s birthday. Room was clean and ready for us as a family of 4. Shower was lovely and hot. We ate at the hotel for ease with young child. The evening meal had good choice and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The chicken curry was particularly tasty. We mentioned the reason for our trip in conversation and the next morning at breakfast the staff had put up banners and balloons, a chocolate bar present and cooked a special pancake breakfast for my son. Excellent service and extra effort from both evening and morning staff.

We stayed for just one night over the bank holiday weekend. Check in was quick and easy and room on the 3rd floor was lovely. A special shout out must go to Chef Tracy who cooked our breakfast in the morning. Everything was lovely and the mushrooms cooked in butter were so tasty. She was also really friendly and chatty and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Lichfield.

Chloe needs a huge mention and shout out by management. She was so welcoming, warm and made my mom’s birthday SO special for staying over on Sunday. Can’t thank her enough, didn’t have to prompt, she just wanted to do it :) THANK YOU, you made a 71year old very happy xx

We had breakfast together as a large family. It was great to be able to all sit together.The food was delicious and vegetarian diets catered for well. The staff Clare, Georgia and Tracy couldn't do enought for us. Definitely going again soon. Thank you 😊

Very good value. To be honest all we needed was a place to sleep after a day’s sightseeing and this was ideal. No frills, comfortable bed, friendly staff, tea, telly and a decent bathroom all for what we considered a very good price. Thank you!

Standard Premier Inn build, as you’d expect, but exceptionally good service. Real friendly helpful and welcoming from all staff throughout the hotel. Didn’t use the restaurant but it did look very good. Great central location in historic Lichfield
