This is a lovely bed and breakfast situated on the outskirts of Bury St Edmund’s. The room is beautiful and the views of the garden are stunning. Mike is also a lovely and accommodating host. The only thing that lets this place down is the continental breakfast. Everything was packeted, no fresh pastries which was quite underwhelming and sadly mould was found on one of the slices of bread provided, putting us off having any toast. Other than this, it’s a lovely place, I just think for some constructive criticism maybe some fresh orange juice as well as milk in the fridge would be a nice touch, as well as maybe fruit and fresh pastries would benefit this bed and breakfast some more. And of course a little more attention to detail on the oversight found on the bread!
