The reception staff were very friendly. The location was great, with the ocean right in front of the room. However, the room felt different from the photos and was outdated overall. There was hair on the table, The washlet in the toilet was broken, The bedsheets had been cleaned, but there were stains everywhere, holes, and yellowing, so it didn't feel very comfortable. The room also had a gloomy atmosphere, which I personally didn't like.
