Busan Centum Victoria Hotel Reviews

I came to the same hotel last year and had a bigger room, back then we did not have room service at all. This year it is a lot better. There are 3 different hotel companies operating in a building, and they all have separate front desks now. Hotel staff told us there is only one day free room keeping service. It seems like everyday they would at least give towels and bottles of water. There would always be a weird sound that woke me up and creeped me out at 2-3AM and I couldn’t figure out what it was.

Reasonable choice. Good location and room. The front was often not available. Overall, a good stay.

This “hotel room” doesn’t belong to the main hotel. Hence there is not hotel service at all. You will have to call the number to check in, and make sure you have a Korean number for them to text you the room number and door code. The room doesn’t have bath towels, cups, no tissue, no Wi-Fi. Sofa is very old. Only has 1 very thin and soft pillow for one bed. No housekeeping for 5 nights stay. Definitely overpriced.

Location: I was in Busan on a business trip, and it was very convenient as it was right in front of the BEXCO event venue. Cleanliness: It is a 4 nights and 5 days business trip, and it is said that cleaning is only provided once. However, towels and water are basically replenished every day. Service: Thank you for the friendly service in the lobby. Facilities: Since the building itself is old, the facilities seemed a bit outdated. Parking: Available. You can park your car during your stay by asking at the lobby front desk. To get to the parking lot, there is a separate underground elevator. The price was reasonable, and I was able to relax comfortably thanks to the friendly staff.

The lady at the front desk is very nice, can speak Chinese, and often helps to get a taxi. The hotel is very clean. Although it is not cleaned every day, water and towels are provided every day. Many people stayed during the exhibition.

It was spacious and had good facilities for the price, and it was nice that it was close to BEXCO and Centum City and that there were many convenient facilities nearby. However, if you stay multiple nights, there is an additional charge for cleaning costs other than water and towel replacement.

It took a lot of effort to check in first. It was not written anywhere. It is actually the Haeundae Center. The hotel only has two check-in front desks. This hotel is on the right. When checking in, ask patiently to check the booking status. The room card is only used to get electricity. You only need to use the password. The room is large and well-equipped. Here is a reminder if you want to check in every day. There is no interruption. I only replenish your towels and will not clean the rest. The most important thing is that the hotel service is really average. There is no one at 9 o'clock in the evening. No Internet connection is really vomiting blood. There's nothing else to say, I'm all satisfied. By the way, this hotel is just 150 meters away from Exit 3 of the subway. The conference and exhibition is just around the corner.

The facilities were great for the price. The room was big enough for 4 people. There were even things that you don't usually find in hotels, like a washing machine and an induction microwave. I'd like to visit again. It's 3-4 subway stops from Haeundae and the station is close.

There is no toothbrush. They sell amenities separately, but I recommend bringing your own toothbrush because it's so dirty. I thought it was near Gwangalli, but it takes about 10 minutes by taxi. The elevator was inconvenient. I thought the bed was a rock. ㅠㅠ There's a convenience store and a department store nearby, so the location was okay~! The shampoo, body wash, and rinse aren't that great. I recommend bringing your own.

It's good for 3 people! I think the biggest advantage is that there is an induction stove. The location and surrounding infrastructure are good, so I want to visit again next time.

I had a good stay, but after checking out, when I was leaving the parking lot, the employee who was registering the parking lot entered the wrong license plate number, so I went to correct it, and I heard the person in charge of parking the parking lot say something about the situation where the car was moved because the license plate number was entered incorrectly, and that it was a shame to park the car like that.
