Good location good apartment but service so horrible. 15.00 is check in time but there are not answer me after many calling and no replay. we waiting on corridors then my kids sleeping on corridors. So disappointed

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and public transportation. The beds were comfy and we had a fridge and microwave.

Checked on myself. When I opened the door I saw that it was completely dirty… I had to call them, in an hour they cleaned it, and when I was having a rest the cleaning lady started to knock the door. I said to come later, but she just OPENED the door herself!!! And asked if she can come in.. it’s just …

Nice apartment, good location, very close to the beach Haeundae, just 2 minutes walk, have convenient stores around, coffee shops, many restaurants on the front beach. In the room you have everything that you need, all linens are very clean, have towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Have washing machine. Microwave (was hard for me to use as everything in korean), very very big fridge, even have 3rd bed (if you are traveling 3 pax, perfect accommodation). Highly recommend. And of course, not face to face check in, very easy and convenient

It is a residence type hotel, and no contact between host and guests. The sink was not cleaned at all, foul smell at the sink and I have to clean the disgusting sink myself. Definitely not returning.

Despite the lack of fitness center as advertised, and the initial communication problems finding the place. This is a great place to stay in Busan. Highly recommend the gym and spa that is nearby at 17k per day and rotating this going to the beach. All walking distance and away from the more crowded area of Busan. The flat itself is clean and has all the amenities required.

This hotel boasts a superb location with easy access to transportation, spotless rooms equipped with essential amenities, and proximity to key landmarks. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was spacious, with large windows and a beautiful view. The proximity to the beach made the nighttime scenery particularly captivating. The only problem was that you couldn't check in until check-in time, and you had to let us know in advance. I sent messages via various means, but received no response. It was frustrating. You must provide your reservation information the day before check-in to be able to self-check in. As a foreigner, self-check-in was a bit of a challenge. Still, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay for a few days.
