We are glad to hear that the unique high ceilings and sense of space characteristic of our duplex rooms, along with our curated music, provided a relaxing, hypnotic effect during your stay. However, we are listening with a heavy heart to the various inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We are particularly apologetic that you had to use towels due to the lack of support in the bedding, and that the hassle of using the stairs in the middle of the night must have disturbed your restful sleep. In addition, we have shared with the relevant departments the dissatisfaction you experienced with late-night dining due to limited operating hours and menu options, and we will seriously discuss optimizing operating hours and improving service quality.
