Hound Hotel Gijang-osiria

First of all, I didn’t understand why I was charged an extra 10,000 KRW for the room. The staff kept saying it was for an “extra bed,” but I had deliberately booked the room for the correct number of guests with the extra bed included, so the additional charge was confusing. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. When I asked about taking sandwiches, I received a rather snarky comment that it was “one sandwich per person.” I only asked because I had seen other guests taking two sandwiches back to their rooms. The interaction made me uncomfortable enough that I chose not to have breakfast the next day. The location is not particularly good either. Trains pass nearby and the noise is quite noticeable, which can be disturbing. Also, basic amenities such as toothbrushes and combs are not provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available, but we even had to ask for hand soap. On the positive side, the property was clean. However, considering the overall experience, location, noise, limited amenities, and unexpected additional charge, I don’t think it offers good value for money. I personally wouldn’t recommend it for a stay in Busan.

Location leaves much to be desired, but the room was clean. Air conditioner looked new and did not smell bad. Price was outstanding compared to what we've paid.
