I booked a three-night stay as a solo traveler. When I checked in, pretty late, around 11 PM, the receptionist was displeased and ask why I arrived this late, I found that out of place, then I got a room I disliked, for one night wouldn’t be a problem, but it was a three-night stay. I politely asked if it would be possible to change to a room with a better arrangement, but the staff told me it was too late at night to make any changes. I was told to come back in the morning and promised they would try to arrange a better room. When I went to ask again, the older male receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. As a woman in my 20s traveling alone, I found his behavior very uncomfortable. Instead of trying to help, he immediately told me I would have to pay extra money just to change rooms, even though the previous staff member had told me something different. When I tried to communicate and asked if he spoke English so I could translate more easily (since English is not widely spoken here), he became aggressive and even more disrespectful. I don’t understand how someone with this attitude can work in the hospitality industry. The condition of the room was also very poor. There were many stains on the walls, the bathroom lighting did not work, there is no space to shower, and the balcony floor had trash on it. Basic items like garbage bags and tissues were not provided. What was even more shocking is that despite these issues, they still had the audacity to mention extra cleaning fees and additional charges, while the room itself was clearly not properly maintained. I booked and paid for three nights and expected a decent experience. Normally, when a guest stays multiple nights, you would expect at least some level of care or service. Instead, I felt treated worse than a one-night guest. I was originally considering extending my stay, but the attitude of the older male receptionist completely changed my mind. Because of this experience, I will definitely not stay here again.

Facilities: The room has a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning, and floor heating, which is very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Great, very close to the subway station. Service: The front desk staff also speak Chinese, so there's no need to worry when checking in.

I enjoyed my stay. It was my first time visiting Busan. The hotel located really close to a train station, making it easy to get around, especially to and from the airport and Busan station. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel felt like an apartment style hotel. It was very spacious and clean, there is also a balcony which was big enough. There is no tables/chairs here but they do provide a foldable table in the room. Pretty much a good stay for 2 nights.

This hotel offers great value for money. Although the room is small (with a twin bed, it's just big enough for two 20-inch carry-on suitcases), it's well-equipped. **Location**: It's very close to both the subway and bus stations. (For this trip, I was mostly in Gwangalli and Centum. Staying in Seomyeon felt too time-consuming, and Haeundae was a bit far from the airport, so Yeonje Station was just right.) There are also many restaurants nearby, with a fried chicken place downstairs and a GS25 across the street. **Facilities**: The room has a large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and tableware, making it perfect for longer stays. However, do note that cleaning services are not provided during your stay (you'll need to pay extra if you want them). The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area (but since the water pressure isn't very high and Korea is quite dry, it doesn't get completely soaked). The front desk offers complimentary facial cleanser and lotion samples. Upon check-in, the front desk provided disposable slippers (though they were quite thin). However, since the room floor is tiled and there's underfloor heating during winter, we mostly walked around barefoot. **Cleanliness**: This is where I was less satisfied. I hope they can improve the cleaning in the smaller areas.

Extended my stay. The front desk staff had a good attitude, but they didn't seem to proactively offer towel changes. The room was clean and hygienic, though the bathroom was a bit small. Overall, it's a clean and hygienic place with good value for money.

The front desk service was excellent. Whether you encounter staff who speak Chinese seems to be a matter of luck! The room was very clean, and the hot water for the floor heating was plentiful. There are many restaurants and shops frequented by tourists nearby, which is very convenient.
