If you have the money, it's worth booking something a bit pricier. If not, it's livable, but the price matches the conditions. The biggest downsides: we visited in late November, and the floors were cold. The air conditioning works well for heating, but you absolutely need slippers (which they provide). Hot water in the shower was intermittent, and you had to hold the showerhead as it couldn't be mounted on the wall. On the upside, the location is fantastic. Eating wasn't allowed in the rooms; we were expected to go from the third floor down to the second-floor dining area (which wasn't very convenient). However, right next door is a street with plenty of street food, and you can even sit by the sea to eat.

Great place, close to the beach and bus stops. The room was not very big, but as long as you don’t have a lot of bulky luggage you’ll be fine as we were. Even though it’s located in popular area, it was quiet at night. Our host was also very nice, atmosphere of the place is quite friendly. We will for sure come back here, if we’re ever in Busan again

Steven was patient and clear in explaining how to have a comfortable stay at MAMA Guesthouse. He was friendly and speaks great English (no communication issues). Will definitely stay again when I go to Busan.

The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, air conditioner was working fine, bed was comfy. Totally recommend. Will come back! P.s. they collect souvenirs from around the world so don’t hesitate to bring a magnet or your country’s currency 😇

Location near Haeundae Market, easy transportation, bus stop next to guesthouse, many foods around, near to Haeundae Beach, no elevator, stairs up from the road, I’ve got 3rd floor, receptionist is on the 2nd floor. Free drinking water, microwave, cutlery. The host is very friendly and helpfull.
