My recent stay with them again just last week is at least my 5th stay, its getting from best to good, to acceptable to bad and now worst. No improvement of what i experienced in the pass i stay with them. Actually even worst. Aircon is spoil during this stay. After a very long communication and even to the edge of checking out to find another hotel, then they only agree to change the room. I am to accept downgrading the room with no refund of the room price difference for the balance 2 nights. Anyway the last stay lots of upgrading sign around, i see no difference, no improvement but even worst and even old. Looking for better hotel to stay next round.

Convenient, Clean and Spacious Hotel Room. So close to Seomyeon Station

Location: The hotel is very convenient, with easy access to taxis. It’s also close to Lotte and the railway station. CU and other convenience stores are just around the corner. Room: My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Service: The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities: The hotel features a WOW Pass machine at the lobby, which is extremely nice and convenient. Overall Experience: highly recommend 釜山商務酒店 (Busan Business Hotel)

Great location, cleaness.

It was a nice hotel at good location. The room was clean and the services were good. The breakfast was ok.

I requested an extra blanket and they did not deliver to my room. They said they did not have deliver service. I had to pick up from the front desk!!!

Good: 1. Staffs are nice. 2. Location is ok, about 7 minutes walk from metro station. 3. No smoking smell at all, and actually the smell in the hotel made us feel good. 4. Breakfast is great and they'll change some dishes every day (we stayed for 4 nights). 5. It's very quiet, sound insulation is good. Didn't remember hearing noise outside from the corridor. 6. Our room is very spacious, and worth the money. 7. Acceptable price if need to postpone the checkout time. Can be improved: 1. The bathtub gets clogged easily, even picked up the hair, it was still a little bit clogged.
