Crown Harbor Hotel Busan Reviews

We booked different room types for our two-night stay; the first night was a double room, and the second was a twin room. The room amenities felt a bit dated, and the vanity in the twin room was particularly low. Despite the advertised 'Chinese guest courtesy,' I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk during either of my check-ins. We had to rely entirely on gestures! Pros: Excellent location. It's just next to building 119, which you'll spot by walking straight back from Jungang Station Exit 17. It's also very close to Busan KTX Station, making it easily walkable. Plus, there are plenty of great eateries in the vicinity.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station, which is convenient. There is a convenience store and a coffee shop in the hotel. The room was clean, but the bed linen was a little dirty and had small holes. The bathroom was great!

This is definitely the right choice for business travel! The hotel has a dedicated business center, and printing documents and connecting to Wi-Fi were seamless. The desk and chair in the room are spacious, and the lighting is perfect for working. There are several chain restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food even if you work late. They also offered a late check-out service, which really helped me with my luggage storage problem. The service was incredibly thoughtful.

Check-in is strictly after 3 PM, which differs from many hotels in China where early check-in is often possible if a room is ready. The hotel's facilities are quite dated; you can tell it was once a good hotel, but the amenities no longer keep up with modern standards. However, its location in Busan's old town is excellent. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to Lotte Department Store and 1.6 kilometers from Busan Station.

The room was spacious enough. While the facilities were a bit dated, for this price point, I was very satisfied. Although the location isn't in the city center, Busan isn't a huge city, so getting around was still very convenient.

The Deluxe twin room is spacious. Not at all tight for 2 people with 2 big and 2 small luggage. Has all necessary amenities in the room. Only 2 bottles of water a day, but there is free water dispenser available in some floors. I there are 2 cups and 2 glass at the bathroom’s sink. Should add 2 more glassed and place with the cups for cold drink. There are new slippers and towels every day. The wallpaper we not seamless. A little touch up should help. The view is partially blocked by the building next door. That was from the 14th floor. I think the soundproof is great. No waking up at night. Or maybe it depends. Good location, can walk to Nampo area, Lotte mall and to Busan Station, very convenient for going to KTX and for nightlife at Nampo.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was better than I expected. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English.

The environment is nice, very close to the bus stop and convenience store. However, the air conditioning is a bit old, and not every room has hot water.

The room was quite spacious and the service was excellent. The buffet at the restaurant was also good. My only slight concern was that the room felt like it had been partitioned, which meant the soundproofing wasn't the best. Despite that, overall, it was a very satisfactory stay.

Very comfy and clean. Big room and very reasonably priced

Spacious room. Great service frkm staff. They let us store our luggage early. Requests for calling a taxi and late checkout was easy. Friendly staff who spoke some english. Location wise, we didnt shop or eat around much but they were plenty of restaurants listed. Its on a main street so busing around was easy. View from our 18th floor room attached.
